In addition, the minimum license suspension is at least one year, and the maximum jail sentence is seven years. The financial penalties for a DWI begin at $125 for the civil penalty. Additional penalties include a $100 suspension termination charge or reapplication fee. The maximum fee is $10,000 for a third DWI offense. Also, in assessing the state's insurance pages, there is no mention of the SR-22 requirement following a DWI offense.

    i think that willoughby insurance is an ok company not the best ive ever had but they do keep up on saving money and notify right away when a discount has come up...but overall the hours and people are not the best, they are "out to lunch" alot would be nice to go there and not have to wait for someone to come back for an hour
