My family has been w/ Gary Garrett since 2002 & we have received nothing but the best in customer service from Gary & his wife, who is his secretary. Gary has always kept us on track w/ our accounts by sending emails or calling me to remind me if I've been late making a payment. He has worked w/ us through monetary issues & always been friendly, funny, & extremely helpful. I find it hard to believe that if a client needed help he wouldn't do everything w/in his means to help his client. He can only do so much though, & the rest is up to the client. I would definitely recommend Gary Garrett to a friend.
I was with Farmers Ins from 2002 - 2009. In 2007, my account got handed over to an agent named Gary Garret of Frisco, TX. I immediately found him to be impatient & not wanting to deal with any customer issues, not even through email. Then, I submitted information in late 2009 on my newer bank acct.He let me know that we are 'set up & ready to go'. Instead, there was some technical issue that happened, and they didn't deduct the monthly amt from my bank. Suddenly, Ford calls me because I'm not 'covered' with insurance as I'm supposed to be. I asked Gary why I was never notified, he immediately got defensive, and put the blame on me. Now, I have a credit agency calling me because they handed over the due amt to a collection agency, & I went without insurance without even knowing it- I was NEVER notified about anything, and all that Gary does is put the blame right back on me. Avoid this agency- he has no desire to make his customer base happy. He snaps, he's defensive, has no people skills & doesn't care to
