I wouldn't refer Greg Snyder to my worst enemy. So our whole ordeal started when my father in-law submitted a claim for damage to our roof on our travel trailer. The roof was damaged by the heavy ice and snow we had this past winter. When my father in-law purchased the insurance on the camper Greg told him that our camper would be fully insured and if anything were to happen to it state farm would fix it. So after we submitted the claim Greg began to tell us that he doubts state farm will fix it because it could have been from prior water damage. If so why didn't you tell us that any prior unseen damage wouldn't be covered when we initially purchased insurance? State farm denied our claim. After having our own company repair the roof for $2,500 the repair man said state farm should have definitely paid for at least half the roof. Greg Snyder is very devious and will lie to you to make a quick dollar. Keep in mind that my father in-law has been a loyal state farm client for over 30 years and within those 30 years had only ever submitted one insurance claim. Instead of our agent fighting for us he sat back and really didn't care. After seeing how Greg treated my father in-law, my wife and I decided to cancel all four of our policies, that was when it got even better. After switching over to farmers our new agent faxed over to Greg the auto cancellation notice, finally we thought our whole ordeal with this clown was over. Nope, we were wrong. A month later we saw a $400 charge on our bank account from state farm, we called Greg and he told us they never received any cancellation notice, I call bull on that. So they said they would cancel it and we would get our $400 refund in a couple weeks. So a couple weeks go by and we give state farm a call, they tell us Greg Snyder's office never cancelled our account. A state farm representative cancelled our account and it's been 3 months and still no refund.
