the owner of this establishment is rude and mean. I had partially bought a policy for my son's car while his car was moved from the original location where I purchased it to our home town. I explained this to the agent and my son's car was added to my best friend insurance policy. After I went to pay the final bill, the owner of this establishment acused me of "using him". He was loud and disrespectul to me, he insulted me in front of all the other customers who were waiting to be served. Most of them were Hispanic and they all heard the owner raise his voice at me and heard him say "this is my business and I can say anything I want"! I had asked him to stop insulting me that his comments were uncalled for, he continued to insult me and tell me I used his business when it was convenient to me and that since I just needed his business services I didn't care about the fee and now I was concerned. I tried to explain to him the reason I cancel my memberhip. It was because his insurance policy was going to charge me $250 a month for my 18 year old son's car insurance policy which was a basic liability insurance policy. I found another insurance company who offered me a cheaper deal for almost half of the fee his insurance company was charging me, so I canceled my son's car policy insurance with this company and went to do business with a cheaper insurance company. I explained that I am a single mother who is legally blind and I don't have a job, so I must try to save as much as I can. The owner of this establishment continued to insult me and treated me with disrespect, saying he could tell me anything he wanted to because THAT WAS HIS BUSINESS! He said this while he tapped his finger on his desk! All the customers who were waiting to be served were scared to listen to his loud and belliegerent voice! After such a heated argument I decided it was best for me to be quiet while he continued to insult me and tell me how his house insurance was cheaper and that I was "USING" him when it was convenient to me and that it was wrong for me to do that....This is the worse customer service I had ever experienced... I WOULD NEVER SHOP IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVEN IF THE INSURANCE WAS FREE!
