If you are considered Farm Bureau, DON'T!!! My Mother has had a policy with them for 40 years and was notified today that she would either have to exempt me from her policy because they do not believe her that we do not live together (even though we can provide thorough documentation that we dont) or they are going to drop her. Let me reiterate that she has been with them for 40 years and they would just drop her. I guess customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. Some jerk agent named Jeff was giving my Mom, who is way too nice for her own good, the run around so I had to get on the phone and I still could not get any straight answers. Go anywhere and I mean anywhere but Farm Bureau!!!
