Terrible. My husband and I signed up with State Farm a month ago when we were car shopping because they had the lowest rate for the car we purchased. Upon purchasing the car, we were "misquoted" and raised our rate up by $50. We called our "agent" who did not call us back for a week and was not in the office for an entire week. Finally, she called us, was extremely rude to us and did not care about the mistakes on our end. We then decided to leave the company and she tried to charge us for extra days among other things. NEVER would I recommend her to anyone. She was the worst customer service agent that I have ever dealt with.
