You will not find a better agent then Bruce Adorian. He and his staff are terrific! As far as State Farm, I’ve been a customer for years— in New York, California, Virginia and now in North Carolina. Great coverage and thanks to Bruce, great customer service.
Hey everyone,
Do you have a health policy with State Farm through PAN,SHEN?
Well I do and they are not sticking to the agreement we have.
I just had my rates jump about $80 per year when my policy stated said they would not raise my rates for two years.
That was what they verbally told me.
Now I have to go back and look through everything to see if they snuck a different agreement in my folder.
If it happened to me then it is a good chance they are doing it to others as well.
Check all of your stuff befoer you sign with them.
DON’T TRUST THEM!!

Don’t do business with this agency. I had to cancel my policy with them because my bank would not finance and I called David/them in a reasonable amount of time within 10 min of purchasing the policy. On top of that their rate was 300.00 more then competitors and sh**ty practice. Had to call my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. Why would I pay insurance on a car that I don’t drive and didn’t purchase. Will also cancel my renters insurance as well.
What a wonderful group of people. The BEST Allstate Agency in North Carolina!

My auto and home insurance is with Erie, purchased through the Adcock Agency. I’ve been a customer since moving to the area in 1994. Like pgcapex, I wouldn’t consider another agency.
Every interaction I’ve had with them has been completely positive. I wish everyone were as competent and caring as these guys!
I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have always been pleased with their offerings and services. They are professional and thorough in their analysis and considerations for insuring me. I have Car, Home and Boat insurance with them and would not consider anyone else. We happen to be insured by Erie and have been more than pleased with their services as well.
Highly rate, recommend and endorse them. Stephanie is the greatest.

I was looking into buying a new car and wanted to make sure I could afford the insurance on it before I did. The quote was good so I went ahead and bought the car. Once I changed over the policy, I received the first bill. It was $70 more than I was quoted, a month! I immediately called thinking this was a mistake (since this was the second time I got a reasonable quote and then a larger bill, although the first time they fixed it.) When they told me that the amount was correct and they could do nothing I told them I’d most likely cancel the policy, the lady on the other side of the phone got upset, yelled “”fine!”” into the phone and hung up on me.
I then tried to cancel the policy and received a warning that if I did I would owe $950 the day the policy expired. Needless to say, I don’t recommend this agency, I’m counting the days until they release me from my policy so I can get a much cheaper policy, which I already found.
