Terrible customer service!!!!! Use someone else! They don't care about helping you, and really don't value your business. Russell just told me that they are an insurance company and try to get the most money out of people that they can. Also told me that no other company will want my business. Because I had a homeowners claim for damage from 5 years ago. He was rude, talked over me the whole time and tried to say I was yelling at him, when I clearly wasn't. My husband heard the whole conversation bc we had it on speaker phone, and I only wish I could have recorded the whole thing. They have raised my AUTO 3 times in a row by $80 or more. We have NO accidents, no claims, and pay our premiums. His only offer was to decrease my coverage. I feel that this company is terrible, and t hey do not value their customers. 9 years with them and all you get in return is a premium increase. My husband ended up hanging up on him because he was such a jerk. He couldn't believe that a business person would treat his customers that way. If I save one person from making the mistake of using this agent or all state in general, I will feel better.
