John Cysewski has always been very nice when I’ve spoken with him. However, at times, I’ve asked him questions and he has said he didn’t know the answer and had to pass me to one of his employees. That’s kind of strange for a licensed agent to not know the details and an employee know them. He and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. Their payment policies are a bit frightening. If you pay your bill in full at the beginning of the policy, you pay about 10% more than if you let them have your bank account number permanently on file. If your account is paid in full, why do they need your bank account number? Especially, why do they need it to give you a discount? In this day of fraud, theft, and scams stealing money from credit cards and bank accounts, this policy is just ridiculous. I’ve heard of companies having a monthly installment surcharge, but never a discount for giving them your bank account information to take out money any time they choose. That’s a bit frightening that a company wants that kind of information and access to your financial resources.

THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO HELP YOU GET THE LOWEST QUOTE AND DOWNPAYMENTS. I SHOPPED FOR DAYS AND THEY NOT ONLY GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE, BUT, THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE COVERAGES TO ME AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS PURCHASING. NOW I HAVE A LOWER PRICE THEN I HAD WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND BETTER COVERAGES.
WHEN I CAME IN TO PURCHASE THE INSURANCE, I WAS SO IMPRESSED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND THE OFFICE HAD A GREAT ATMOSPHERE. IT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE TO BE IN. IT FELT "LIKE FAMILY".

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. The employees here are unhelpful, unreliable, incompetent and COMPLETLY incapable of treating a paying customer with common decency and respect! Every time I have called the Kirkland vern fonk they have been rude and made countless mistakes! I first got this insurance because it was cheap and I wanted broadform, so I signed up for a sixth month policy, next thing I know they have me put down for a year policy! when I called them and told them they made a mistake and asked why I don’t have the product that I signed up for they told me that the year policy was a better deal and that if I wanted the product I had signed up for and thought id be getting I was going to have to pay a fee to make up for THEIR mistake!!!!!! WHAT COMPANY OPERATES LIKE THAT! then they sent me a five dollar gas card! LIKE THAT MAKES UP FOR IT!!! Last week I called to renew my policy because it would be simpler than getting a new one with another company OR SO I THOUGHT! A woman named Ava handled my phone call and told me everything was handled and good to go she even sent me an email with my new insurance cards and I later received my insurance cards in the mail as well. so seems like everything’s handled right??? NO OF COURSE NOT! I happen to check my email a few weeks later and I see I have two more emails from ver fonk one from ava the woman who handled my policy renewal and one from chris my (former) agent the one from ava said “I hope you didn’t slip through the cracks. did an give you a call” full of misspellings and very unprofessional! and what is she talking about hope you didn’t slip through te cracks! the next email from chris said that my policy had been canceled due to non payment! I HAD NEVER RECEIVED A BILL!!!!! THEY NEVER GAVE ME A CALL!!!!! ALL THEY DID WAS SEND ME SOME HALF ASSED EMAIL!!!! an email not even warning me that my policy would be cancelled or that I owed them money! So I go to my insurance company’s site and it says that the policy was cancelled the same day I got it!!! what the heck is that about! so I was driving around uninsured because of these incompetent buffoons!!! Today I called them to figure out what happened BOY WAS THAT A HUGE MISTAKE! Possibly the bitchiest woman alive answered and treated me like trash and acted like I was a complete idiot when no its not on me that this happened it was your incompetent faculty that is not even capable of completing a simple task that they are trained to do! HOW WOULD THESE FOOLS BE ABLE TO HANDLE A CAR ACCIDENT! I wouldn’t trust these imbeciles to mail a letter! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are horrible!!!!!! The woman I just talked to completely ruined my day! and she has upset me so much!
