Very poor customer service. Originally I spent about an hour setting up an insurance policy only to have them call me back the next day and tell me that the policy would cost more due to a mistake on their part. It was a clear bait and switch tactic, but at the time I was not paying attention and accepted the policy change. I should have known right there what type of operation I was working with.

Actually getting in touch with anyone is hard enough. It seems every time I would call I got their voice mail. Any trying to make a change to a policy was like pulling teeth. I was never treated like a respected customer even though I made it a point to be very polite over the phone..

The final straw was when I accidentally let my policy lapse because I was preoccupied with a relative in the final stages of cancer. I called to see if I could could possibly have the reinstatement charge removed or have a refund so I could get a policy with another company. The secretary that I spoke with was very rude about the charge and gave the impression that I was dumb for letting the policy lapse. She seem very perturbed that I had missed her calls, unfortunately I had more pressing matters to attend to. Shelter clearly states that it is up to the agent weather or not reinstatement fees will be charged. This agent made it very clear that they care more about money than the customer.

If you go to Bobby to get insurance prepare to deal with some horrible customer service. After all I had to go through the real kicker was that I was getting grossly overcharged on insurance. My new policy with a different company is 25% less than what I was originally paying.

I’ve been with Patrick Carpenter’s agency for about 3 years now and had nothing less than exceptional service. Patrick and his employees have worked with me in every way they possibly could. I have a very high monthly insurance premium and Patrick was able to meet my needs and give me the lowest policy in comparison to competitors. Even though he already had the competition beat, in the last 5 months Patrick and Daniel (his 2nd in command) have lowered my insurance premium by over $100/month!! I could not be happier – the Carpenter Agency deserves more than 5 stars.

I’ve been with Patrick for 5-6 years now and am extremely happy. When I’ve gone to search for better rates, the cheapest ones I’ve found are only $1-2 less per month than the insurance I have with him. He’s always helpful and I’ve never had issue number one!

I’m happy I found Patrick’s office and I highly recommend that you call him.

Swapping your high heels for a pair of driving shoes can help you qualify for affordable car insurance by avoiding accidents and getting "safer driver" discounts.

It's easier to get discounted car insurance with a car that has a high safety rating than one without one.

When you are looking for car insurance, ask if the insurance company offers a policy where they forgive the first accident.
