My family has used the services of this agency since moving here in 1994. Unfortunately we have had to make a significant claim when a pipe to a commode came loose when we were away and had a crisis upon our return 2 hours after leaving. Everything was handled immediatedly from emergemcy personnel their to mitigate damage and adjusters kind and compassionate and extremely helpful. Having had insurance throughout my life although I wish I never had a claim it was wonderful to know they were there when needed.

My experience – CNA is incredibly skilled at making the payment of any benefit to their customers (their prey) effectively impossible, criminally so in my opinion. They have made my aged mother’s life a living hell as my father has moved into final stage Alzheimer’s. My 80+ year old parents have paid into CNA long term care insurance for years & now that my father is in long term care and he is completely, totally incapacitated CNA throws up contrived hurdle after hurdle for my mother to try to meet in paperwork to get any benefit from their CNA insurance policy. In my opinion, there will eventually be a class action suit against this organization of conniving, usurious thieves. Going through this misery with my mother dealing with the ravaging effects of Alzheimer’s on my father and on their lives while they are being cheated out of the long term care that they have paid their hard earned money for in good faith is heartbreaking. In my opinion, CNA preys upon the aged with less humanity than vultures. If you could experience what my mother and I have been through trying to obtain my father’s (who is now on his death bed), badly needed and completely paid for long term care benefit you would cry. Try watching your aged and failing mother go flat broke and become unable to feed her pets trying to fight with a vicious corporate giant who refuses to pay any long term benefit while your father can no longer do anything but mumble and cry, and cannot control or even recognize any of his bodily functions. My next steps will be legal counsel & letters to congresspeople.
