Deanna is one of the most helpful persons I have found as a insurance agent. It is to bad she works for such a low class company. This happened to both me and my mother. We found a lower cost insurance for our cars. Although we have been with them for a long time we decided to go with the new insurance company.
My mother and both canceled our policy before it was due. My mother was even given a refund of a little over $100.00. Then the company comes back and is trying to bill my mother for close to $300.00. They say we owe a similar amount. I am really tired of insurance companies feeling like they can throw their weight around and blackmail you just because you leave their company.
Like I said Deanna Parks is a very nice person and was always kind and friendly. If you feel you must go with this company I would recommend her.
I will never use Farmers Insurance again for anything. They are blackmailing crooks.
