BOUGHT MY EUROS FOR AN UPCOMING TRIP. BEST DEAL IN TOWN, AND NO FEE! TOOK ONE DAY… EASY! AND EVERYONE I DEALT WEITH WAS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS.
The service that I received at this AAA office was absolutely horrific. I came in to get a very simple address change created and was met with the worst attitude I have ever received at any kind of establishment from a customer service agent. It was borderline verbal abuse. The agent’s colleague whispered to me “I’m sorry” when she saw the abuse I was receiving after coming in and being completely courteous.
Another colleague had to step in after this agent refused to service my request and tell her that she was obligated to fulfill my request. I then received a survey link from a branch manager named Pierre Laurent. I wrote back to him detailing my experience and all I received back was another customer survey link.
Pathetic attempt to run a branch Mr. Laurent!!!!

Moving to Boston from the midwest meant switching my tags and insurance to MA. My co-workers told me to go to his guy and I was truly impressed with the service. They got the insurance set up, got my plates for me and even got me a parking sticker. I also got coverage for my condo and ended up getting a discount on both policies. I would recommend them to everyone.

Best insurance agency in Boston! I’ve had a lot of trouble with other agents- and have always switched after a year or 2. But, not these guys- they are great. Richard is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, It’s a family owned and operated business and they really care about their customers. Not to mention they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when if comes to insurance. I feel like my money is well spent at this agency!

Bad experience and I will not be using them again. The agents there need to work on their customer service skills.

I’ve insured with several different companies through the years, but when I found State Fund, I was both pleased and relieved. I found them to be very competitive, very knowledgable, super efficient and really polite to deal with. You can’t ask for more. For me, "all my boxes were ticked" and I remain a very satisfied customer. (Shout out to Jonathan M, btw – who should be voted, "Insurance Rep of the Year"!!)
Outstanding customer service and knowledge of products.
