CA Governor Addressing Issues Caused By Drivers Driving without a License

Many people have their vehicles impounded if they are pulled over and then are found to be driving without a driver’s license. Police officers should be able to run a person’s vital information and license plate number in order to find out if they have a valid driver’s license or not.
